Eleven locations, one voice — a social and paid programme that turned scattered posting into a reason to visit.

The challenge

Each of Sable & Co’s eleven cafés ran its own social account with its own tone, its own photography and its own posting rhythm — which mostly meant silence for weeks, then four posts in a day. Paid spend was split across accounts with no tracking, and nobody could say what any of it returned.

What we did

  1. 01

Consolidated eleven accounts into one brand presence with location-tagged content, so each café keeps its personality without fragmenting the audience.

  2. 02

Built a monthly content system: one shoot day producing short-form video, stills and menu features cut for every placement.

  3. 03

Established a publishing rhythm the team could actually hold — four posts and three stories a week, planned a month ahead.

  4. 04

Rebuilt paid social around store-visit and offer objectives with geo-fenced targeting per location, replacing untracked boosted posts.

  5. 05

Wired server-side tagging and offline conversion import so in-store spend could be attributed back to the campaigns that drove it.

The outcome

One voice, eleven locations, and a media programme whose return can finally be stated in rupees rather than reach.

For the first time we can point at a number and say the marketing did that. The content system is the part I did not know we needed.
